A1: We have lighting designer team to support our partners on lighting design, like Dialux, CAD and other lighting softs, not only supply products.

Q2: Can you supply IES or LDT file for lighting designer to design in Dialux?

A2: Yes, for most of Canco lighting products, we can supply IES or LDT files for designer to evaluate light output.

Q3: How can we guarantee lighting quality from Canco, since it is for Architectural lighting projects, need good and long-lasting quality to get end customers happy?

A3: We use top brand driver for lighting products, like Meanwell, Tridonic, Lifud, Philips; Also use Osram, Philips led chip comply with Macadam Ellipse 3 steps to guarantee a 5 years lighting products.

Q4: Are your lighting dimension is precise? How you guarantee?

A4: In Canco factory, we have 2 sets top brand bending machine, which can bend aluminum profile in precise dimension in mm, when we say diameter 1200mm, means torlance is about 1-2mm.

Q5: What is the surface finish tech you are using for aluminum profile suspended linear light?

A5: For surface color, normally we supply white, black, grey, silver by powder coating, we also supply electrical plating colors, like bronze, copper, brass, golden for lighting surface color.

Q6: How many years warranty for LED Circular Light? If driver or led chip not working, how can we do?

A6: We supply 5 years warranty for LED Circular Light, if driver or led chip borken, we can send corresponding components to end customers for them to replace, all for free on driver, led PCB and shipping cost.

Q7: How to assemable Circular LED Chandelier? Do you have a installation manual for us when we receive Canco architectural lighting products.

A7: When you recieve goods, there will be a installation manual inside of package carton, it is easy to install or assemable Circular LED Chandelier which from Canco, we always think about shorter installation time for our lighting products.

A11: We need 25-35 days to finish project lighting order, for some regular lighting products, may be we can finish in 15-18 days.
