A2: Yes, for most of Canco lighting products, we can supply IES or LDT files for designer to evaluate light output.

Q3: How can we guarantee lighting quality from Canco, since it is for Circular Pendant Light projects, need good and long-lasting quality to get end customers happy?

A3: We use the top brand drivers for lighting products, like Meanwell, Tridonic, Lifud, and Philips; Also use Osram, Philips-led chip that complies with Macadam Ellipse’s 3 steps to guarantee a 5-year Circular Pendant Light products.

Q4: Are your lighting dimension precise? How do you guarantee?

A4: In Canco factory, we have 2 sets of top brand bending machines, which can bend aluminum profiles in precise dimensions in mm, when we say diameter 1200mm, means tolerance is about 1-2mm.

Q5: What is the surface finish tech you are using for the aluminum profile Circular LED Pendant?

A5: For surface color, normally we supply white, black, grey, and silver by powder coating, we also supply electrical plating colors, like bronze, copper, brass, and golden for Circular LED Pendant surface color.

A6: We supply 5 years warranty for Large Circular Pendant Light, if driver or led chip borken, we can send corresponding components to end customers for them to replace, all for free on driver, led PCB and shipping cost.

A11: We need 25-35 days to finish the project lighting order, for some regular lighting products, maybe we can finish in 15-18 days.
